The 2018 OACFP Annual Conference and Tradeshow takes place at the The Hamilton Convention Centre by Carmen’s, located at 1 Summers Lane, Hamilton, ON, L8P 4Y2.

PARKING
Underground parking is across from the HCC main entrance on Summers Lane. Parking rates are approx., $12.00 for the day, and $7.00 for the evening. Please note the parking garage has a height restriction of 6’1”
SHERATON HAMILTON HOTEL • HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS & AWARDS BANQUET
The Sheraton Hamilton Hotel, located at 116 King Street West, Hamilton, ON, L8P 4V3, will be the location of our annual awards banquet and site of our reserved hotel accommodations for OACFP conference attendees. The Sheraton Hamilton offers a direct connection to the Hamilton Convention Centre.
RESERVATIONS
OACFP has reserved Deluxe Rooms (kings and 2 beds) for $169 per night; plus applicable taxes. To book accommodations contact the Reservations Department at 1-888-627-8161 and indicate you are with OACFP, or click here to book online. The block of rooms will be held until September 8, 2018. After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released.

ATTIRE
Daytime meetings: smart business casual (no jeans, cut off shorts, flip flops, etc.)
Tradeshow opening reception: The theme for this year’s event is “It’s Hammer Time”. Dust off those rad leg warmers and your best jean jacket and tease up that hair! 80’s accessories will be available in exchange for a donation to The Unforgettables Fund.
Pre-banquet receptions and banquet: Business formal.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that circumstances may arise requiring cancellation. A written notice of cancellation must be submitted to the OACFP office by September 22, 2018. Written cancellations received on or before this date will be issued a refund. Cancellations received after this date and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Equivalent substitutions are permitted and must accompany notification to the OACFP office.
