Cemetery Governance and Administration Overview for Small Cemeteries
A Quick Legislative Overview for Cemetery Custodians and Volunteer Board Members of Religious and Not-For-Profit Cemeteries. The purpose of this course is to provide awareness and resources for new and existing cemetery managers and members of Volunteer Boards and other entities across the province who are tasked with overseeing the operation of small cemeteries.
Topics will be presented that will provide a high-level overview of the requirements of operating a cemetery in the province of Ontario.
This education is provided free to all OACFP members.
We have also partnered with the BAO to make this education available to many cemetery operators across the province free of charge. Cemetery Governance and Administration Certification
Test your knowledge of small cemetery administration's basic principles. As a follow up to the Cemetery Governance and Administration Overview for Small Cemeteries education module, this test reinforces basic legislative requirements for cemetery operators. A certificate of achievement will be issued upon successful completion of the exam. The cost for certification is $50.00.
