This course is designed for Bereavement Sector professionals that are required to take basic training on the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR). Additionally, due to the publicly-interactive nature of work within the Bereavement Sector, this course explores the Customer Service Standard, and how it affects workers in the Bereavement Sector.
