As outlined in a recent Notice to the Profession by the Bereavement Authority of Ontario (BAO) (Notice Link) the provincial government has recently made changes to O. Reg 30/11 under the Funeral, Burial, and Cremation Services Act, 2002 regarding the current prohibition on cremating a decedent with radioactive implants.
